?? I haven't been around in a while, both at here and at our tracks, so I was just wondering what happened with that deal?
Having a hard time getting dirt moved, last I heard. The building is top notch having been there myself. They have a source of dirt but it is a few miles from the park and to pay a trucker full price would cost many thousand dollars....
The dirt is going to start being hauled in starting on this Saturday. It should all be in by the the 1st of the year. Then the ABA will send in the track builder and hopefully we can open around the 3rd or 4th week of January. Right now we plan to race every Saturday & Sunday afternoons until April. It has been a major pain in the butt getting the dirt plus getting it moved but it is finally becoming a reality.
Any news yet? Can't believe we're half way through January already.
The dirt hauler apparently took off with their cash, they are working on another hauler.....one issue after another, sucks to be so close and just can't get done...
